Manufacturer BIM

Let’s get real – this is how we do it.

We follow a structured process to develop BIM assets for manufacturers, making sure your products are optimized for digital design workflows.

  1. Product Portfolio Assessment
We analyze all existing products and future releases to determine how they should be represented in BIM design softwares.

  2. Strategic LOD/LOI Determination – see what it is (ide kellene egy link ami elmagyarázza mi ez vagy egy felugró ablak ha ráviszed az egeret – alul találod a leírást)
We define the required Level of Development (LOD) and Level of Information (LOI) for each product, ensuring they are practical while meeting industry standards.

  3. Downloadable Cloud-Based Database
We create a virtual warehouse of parametric elements, automate LOI updates, and apply permanent watermarking to protect your intellectual property.

  4. Marketing Material Fabrication
We generate website-embeddable renders, integrate elements into online platforms (ide linkek: BIM objects, BIMsmith, RevitCity, BIMcomponents) , and prepare a product catalog ready for design use.

LOD/LOI:

LOD (Level of Development) in BIM defines the level of detail and information included in a building model at different stages of design and construction. It helps ensure that all stakeholders know the model's accuracy, from basic shapes to fully detailed elements with specific data.

LOG (Level of Geometry) refers to the complexity of the model's shapes, while LOI (Level of Information) focuses on the amount of data or specifications attached to those shapes.
